Technical Service Representatives (TSR)
(Pioneer Account)
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with at least 3 months call center experience from a technical account; DSL experience is preferred
- Fresh graduates from IT-related or technical courses
- For undergraduates, completed at least 2 years of college with at least 3 months call center experience from a technical account.
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong PC, keyboard and Internet skills, with the ability to simultaneously navigate through systems
- Has an understanding / navigational skills of the Internet functionalities and terminologies such as browsers, email, chat, forum, message board, domain, web page, internet service providers, online service providers, etc.
Customer Service Representatives (CSR)
- Applicant must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field with 6 months and above call center experience and has been regularized.
- For undergrads, completed at least 2 years of college with 6 months and above call center experience and has been regularized.
- Fresh Graduates out of college are encouraged to apply
- Applicants must have strong PC, keyboard and Internet skills, with the ability to simultaneously navigate through systems.
